Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo (5/5)

This book was about a crew of six criminals in a gang who live in a very poor place in a fictionalized 18th century london. The main characters are anti heroes, since they were criminals who did bad things but were still the people you were rooting for as you read. The main plot was that they were given a high paying job to kidnap someone, but it goes wrong. I liked this book because of the author's many uses of literary devices like imagery. The plot was also very unpredictable, with surprise killings of main characters. I like that because I don’t like when you can always tell what happens next.
