Astrophysics for People in a Hurry by Neil Degrasse Tyson (4/5)

The truths behind the reality and laws of our universe are still unknown but as time moves we continue to develop and delve into the specific details theorized by famous individuals throughout society. Astrophysics for People in a Hurry is an informational nonfiction book that expands upon our universe's realities and fascinating truths. This book was written by Neil Degrasse Tyson, an American astrophysicist that helps to explain complex theories and ideas in more understandable terms. It covers the universe's beginnings, delves into the unknown, and explains frightening and awesome facts, helping people to better understand the laws of nature, physics, astronomy, the universe, and stars. He explains many of the unknown theories of today like dark matter, which seems to account for most of the universe's matter and density, dark energy which is an unknown source of energy in the universe, the laws of light and speed which are relative to one's current speed and position, and the laws of gravity or the bending of space, and the creation of the universe through random sparks of energy and quarks that formed complex molecules and single cellular life over an extensive amount of time. If I had to rate this book I would give this book ⅘ stars because it explains information in hard language but is still fascinating and helpful to better your understanding of the field of astrophysics. If you are interested in fiction-like ideas and crazy theories that spark incredible imaginative thoughts this book is an amazing read and I would definitely recommend this story to any future non-fiction readers.
