Keeper of the Lost Cities: Neverseen By, Shannon Messanger (5/5)

In keeper of the Lost cities; Neverseen (book 4 of the series), Sophie Foster continues her everlasting adventure to get to the bottom of not only her past but the root of evilness that lies within her world. As a little background, Sophie thought she was an ordinary human until one day she was told otherwise. In a matter of 24 hours, her life was flipped upside down. She entered a realm of new possibilities and a place where she actually fit in. Moving forward, in Neverseen, Sophie and her peers embark on a quest to uncover the truths behind this evil group called the Neverseen. As they inch closer and closer to the reality of their motives and purpose, they become more distant and lost in the tricks and illusions at play. They go through heartbreak, they lose and win, and more that rocks their world for the better and worse.

My reaction to this book was just like the others thrilling, intriguing, and the one book series that made me actually enjoy reading. Right from the beginning, I knew that it would be a good one. All the books in general are time twisting and incredibly exciting, keeping you engaged and not wanting to put the book down. This book in particular was weaved in conspiracy and filled with plot twists, which is why this book series is so appealing to me.

Overall, this book series will always have a place in my heart. The real-life connections you can make and the overall story is just plain amazing. I highly recommend this series (if you do start from the beginning, otherwise nothing will make sense). They are longer books, though that only adds to their magic. There are 9 books total at the moment (February 2022), but there are more in the making. Also, what makes these books better is the fact the author and beginning scene of the first book takes place/she lives in San Diego! Like above, these books are “magic” and I couldn’t recommend them enough.
