Mysterious murder, a difficult case, and a thought-provoking read. If you're down for this genre and style of writing, this book is for you. The Black Box by Micheal Connelly is a murder mystery regarding a case that the main character, detective Bosch, started and was never able to finish due to external issues. 20 years later, Bosch was able to jump back on the case but was left with little to no clues or leads, all except for one bullet. The story has many twists and turns and allows the reader to create their own theories while still keeping it an easy-to-follow storyline. I would rate this book a 4/5, I enjoyed reading The Black Box in my free time, and while it wasn’t the most incredible book ever, I would suggest giving it a go. So, if your looking for a murder mystery and have some spare time on your hands, give The Black Box by Micheal Connelly a read.
