Bree Camden was on her way to becoming a professional ballerina but got into a car accident that prevented that from happening. It took a while for her to get over that but she is now a ballet teacher that is deeply in love with her highschool bestfriend, Nathan Donelson. Nathan is an extremely attractive and talented NFL player that all girls fawn over. Bree refuses to admit her feelings to Nathan because she doesn't want to ruin their friendship because of how long they have been friends and how close they are. Bree is renting a small ballet studio and it is her dream to remodel it to make it more spacious but she is already struggling with money and is barely making enough for the current studio rent as it keeps rising with time. Nathan ends up buying the whole building to try and help but Bree gets very upset with him because she does not want him to spend money on her and is determined to make it on her own. Bree was so upset she decided to go out to a party and get extremely drunk to keep her mind off of the fact that Nathan spent thousands of dollars on her but the plan took a turn for the absolute worse. Bree got so drunk at the party that she confessed her love for Nathan to a reporter and the video went viral by the next morning. Bree avoids Nathan and even just talking about it with Nathan at all costs until Nathan’s publicist tells them that they should pretend to date on social media for a few weeks. Bree doesn't know what to do because if she agrees to do it it means she will have financial stability but she doesn't know if she can pretend to date Nathan for a few weeks and act like a couple and then just go back to being friends because of how intense her feelings are for him. I really enjoyed this book. It had many twists and turns and was a very cute story overall. It was easy to get hooked into the book and read it for hours and hours and not get bored. I finished this book very fast because I could not stop reading it. I usually don't finish books very fast but this one was too good to take slowly.I would recommend this book to anyone who likes romantic comedies.
