The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins(5/5)

The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins is a book that everyone should read. This book tells the story of a young girl, Katniss Everdeen, who is chosen to participate in the Hunger Games, a competition in which one boy and one girl from each district fight to the death until there is only one survivor. Before she was chosen, Katniss was just a girl that would hunt for food and money for her family. The Hunger Games is a competition in which one boy and one girl between the ages of 12 and 18 from each district are chosen to fight against each other to the death in a competition for fame and wealth. Katniss, with her fellow competitor Peeta must navigate the dangerous arena and outsmart the other competitors to come out alive. I found this book to be engaging and it made me think about what it would feel like to be in the same universe. The author does a good job of depicting the violence and brutality of the characters in The Hunger Games, while also using hope and power in the characters. The characters in this book are also well written and relatable. Katniss, the main character, is strong and determined to survive. She also does things that you would do in the same situation, while in other books, they make the characters do unreasonable things. Peeta, one of her competitors, is also a great character, and his relationship with Katniss is interesting. The world of this book is also noteworthy. The Capitol and the districts are well put together, and the reader can easily imagine the society in which the story takes place. The Hunger Games is a roller coaster that leaves a lasting impact on the reader. It is a story that resonates with the reader, making them think about their own beliefs and values. In conclusion, The Hunger Games by Suzanna Collins is a must read for people who like action. It is a thrilling and intense story that will keep the reader engaged throughout the book. I recommended it to anyone looking for an action packed and interesting read.
