In the beginning when I started reading the book I knew it would be a good book as she was a popular author making books like Good Girl’s Guide to Murder and Five Survive. I was very excited as I loved mystery as it thrills me and this has been one of the best. Trust the process as the beginning might bore you a little but the further you go you wouldn’t want to stop. The ending of chapters just made you want to flip the page more and more.
As you read along with Bel finding out clues and unraveling the truth bit by bit it sometimes makes me frustrated as you always want to know the full truth. The author does a good job giving the truth little by little as it keeps me guessing who could be trusted and who could not. There could have been a full plot twist pointing it to Bel if the author wanted to.
Overall the book was a very enjoyable thriller and I was very surprised even though I knew the author would do a good job her writing drew me in. In the start, it was a little rough but try to stay with it, it progresses gradually. Also, there isn’t a mood for when to read it once you read it you won’t want to put it down. If you want mystery, thriller, a little romance, and an unputtable down read then this is perfect for you!
