This Heart of Mine by C. C. Hunter (4/5)

A girl named Leah was born with a bad heart and had to get an artificial heart that she carried around. She was on a waitlist for a new heart but she had a very rare blood type so it would take a miracle to get one. One day, she comes home to her crush, Matt, in her home to help her with school by tutoring. As they talk, they later find out that the two of them have the same blood type as well as his twin brother, Eric. His brother ends up passing away and is believed that he killed himself. Matt refuses to believe that his brother killed himself. Leah ends up getting a new heart and since Matt’s brother had passed away not long before, she knows she has his heart. On New Year's, Leah drives to his house to ask about his brother's heart. She also mentions that she's been having very vivid dreams about someone following her while she is running with a gun in her hand, and she believes these dreams are coming from Eric’s heart. They figure out the two of them have been having the same dream and that Eric is trying to tell them something. The two of them work together to find out who murdered Eric.

So far, I really like this book because there is romance and a murder mystery. I am excited to read more. I definitely recommend this book if you love romance and murder mysteries because it is so interesting and entertaining.
