The Incident on the Bridge by Laura Mcneal (3/5)

Where did she go? Nobody knows for sure, but her family is shocked to hear that she is proclaimed dead due to the incident that always occurs on the bridge. The book is about a kidnapping. It follows a storyline of Thisbe’s life leading up to the night she went missing. The police think it was a suicide because she was last seen on a bridge with her ex-boyfriend's stolen car (with her license in it). They had just broken up, leading officials to write it off as a suicide case, but her sister was skeptical about her attempting suicide and questioned what may have actually happened to her sister. Overall, it is a pretty decent book, however, it is repetitive and jumps around a lot which makes it a little difficult to follow. I would give it 3/5 because it was still pretty interesting and the setup did make it suspenseful. To summarize, I would say it is a pretty good read if you are looking for something casual. It is a good mystery story and is written in a unique yet captivating way.
